1. Where to buy

Komodular instruments are available directly through my official boutique stores on Reverb and Etsy.
All orders, international transactions, taxes, and customer payment protections are securely processed by these platforms. Clicking "Buy on Reverb" or "Buy on Etsy" will safely redirect you to our live listings with up-to-date batch availability.

2. Craft & quality

Every Komodular instrument is designed, hand-assembled, and individually calibrated by me in my workshop in Poland.

Before shipping, each module undergoes an extensive 24-hour thermal burn-in and multi-point calibration test to ensure flawless electrical and acoustic performance.

3. Warranty (2-year craft guarantee)

Regardless of whether you purchase via Reverb or Etsy, I stand behind my hardware with a 2-year craft warranty from the date of delivery:

• What is covered:
  • Component failures and internal electronic defects.
  • Faulty potentiometers, jacks, or switches failing under normal musical use.
  • Pitch calibration drift within the warranty window.
• What is not covered:
  • Reverse-polarity connection errors (always match the red stripe (-12V) with the white PCB indicator).
  • Overvoltage applied to inputs, short circuits from faulty Eurorack bus boards, liquid spills, or physical drops.
  • Unauthorized DIY modifications or soldering attempts.
• Lifetime support & repairs:
  If your module ever stops working - even years down the road - I will never abandon it. Reach out to me at hello@komodular.eu. I offer friendly, affordable out-of-warranty repairs charged only at replacement component cost.

4. Shipping & returns

• Fulfillment: Orders are shipped worldwide directly from my workshop in Białystok, Poland via tracked courier services (InPost, DPD, DHL, Priority Airmail).
• Buyer protection & returns: Returns, cancellations, and delivery guarantees are handled in full compliance with Reverb and Etsy buyer protection policies, as well as European Union 14-day statutory consumer rights.

No spam, ever. If you subscribe to the newsletter:

• I collect only your email address to let you know when a new batch drops or to share engineering notes.
• I will never sell, rent, or share your contact details with anyone.
• You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

6. Cookies & tracking

I respect your privacy and hate intrusive pop-up banners just as much as you do.

• No tracking cookies: This website does not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or intrusive behavioral analytics (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel).
• Technical data only: The site only uses essential, anonymous session data strictly required for site performance and security (e.g. Cloudflare or basic server logs).
